		<description>Kids never think about the future, only about how angry or hurt they are now. So your kid&#039;s actions are understandable. 

But my therapist used to say we use guilt as a substitute for having to make a change in our behavior -- at least it&#039;s &lt;i&gt;something&lt;/i&gt;.

So I hope you feel better soon.</description>
